What is this?

So I was playing star craft and suddenly my screen went black but my computer was still running and there was a buzzing  sound coming from it.  
So I turned it off gave it a once over and it all looked good until I found this sitting on top of my graphics card.  
I started it back up and it told me there was no dvi connected. So I let it sit and now its running just fine. 
Can anyone help find what this thing is or tell me what I should do?

Do you have a Prebuilt PC or a cheap case by a chance?

 

If that is the case, it might be just a part of your case.

if that was on the bare side of the gpu its probably shorted it out. Try another gpu to test?
