When it comes down to it, case will affect FPS by like 1-2 in the absolute worst case scenario. Just look for the one with the features that YOU need (Whether that is USB 3.0 ports, drive cage location. etc...) and the one that is cheapest that has all of them, and most importantly looks the best.

I really like the n600 and I'm still using it. If you live in a dusty area or your computer is on the floor/carpet it's a dust magnet.

Everything else is amazing about it but keep that in mind.

The 450D has fantastic airflow and cooling capabilities, especially when you max out on case fans.  Looks good with LED front fans if you're into that sort of thing.  Cable management is a little bit lacking, it could use a couple of extra cable tie points and a routing hole for front panel audio, but you can definitely work around those with some decent cable management.  Overall I'm very happy with mine.

That being said I probably would have opted for an NZXT H440 if I didn't need an optical drive (ended up 'stealth modding' mine to keep the clean aesthetic of the case).

It's up to you really.  I matched my fans to the LED on the GPU.  If Zotac 970s were easier to get where I live, I might have gone with red.   If you're using a card with the Titan/980 style reference cooler, matching green LED fans might be a good choice.
