You don't need such heavy builds posted for game programming. Programming isn't that heavy.

Save your money--this will be more than enough: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1b4VS

The case is subjective and is up to you. The Fractal Define R4 is a great quiet case and comes in different styles. (A bit on the plain side) I picked the White because it's less boring than the standard black/grey theme.

A single 770 should be more than enough for gaming on a single monitor (especially the games you mentioned).

Got a single Asus 27" IPS panel for primary monitor. The Asus 23" IPS monitor can be turned sideways for easier programming. (It is height, pivot, and swivel adjustable)

The keyboard/headphones are personal preference. I recommend trying out some keyboards for yourself. I picked the G710+ because it's the keyboard I use and it is absolutely a pleasure to use and look at. If you end up just buying one you don't like, you're gonna have a bad time.

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
