Hi,

Whats the best way to paint the silver chrome thin plate?

Im also planning to install psu cover, but i cant find any tut.

For the chrome accent on the case it's best to scuff it up or sand it with some fine sand paper or scotch brite and clean it very well of course before painting with spray paint.

As for a tutorial for a PSU shroud here's one with metal, plexi is very similar you just need to clamp it down, heat and bend it with a heat gun:
