sony vegas 12 help

so i just started using vegas pro 12 and i use the h.264 render codec but when i render anything the color gets distorted and lines show up in the video.it also does this with most of the codecs.

can someone plz help me.

my cpu is a fx-8350 and i have 14gb of ram and a msi 7950.

you got 3 4gb modules and a 2gb???

yes i had to compromise it is temporary.

still need a fix to the issue.
