$500ish CAN build help

Sister is looking for a budget build I was hoping you guys could keep me on Target for the cost! Won't be doing any real gaming mainly just for designing programs and general use. Peripherals are not required. Please include an operating system and office ! The maximum is $800. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

hows that 608 dollars not including os or office, so find them for 190 and your set

 

 

case is just a personal preference too you can pick another for a few bucks cheaper if needed.
