Virus Removal! HELP!

Hello people of LTT Forums,

I recently kicked off my programming channel, and I wanted to find a free screen recorder. I installed CamStudio, and now I regret it. This was last night, by the way. After installing, two new programs, called Super Optimizer and Vosteran appeared on my desktop. I tried removing them last night by deleting their folders and moving them to the trash, however when I booted this morning, after going to the login screen, I am greeted with both my monitors being black screened, my cursor, and a super optimizer window. I cancel the operation, and then I'm just left with two black screened monitors and a cursor. I've already tried plugging them back in.

I have a SATA power and data to USB cable that I can use with one of my macs to remove the file, but do ANY of you guys have ANY idea how to remove this? I don't want to pay a shit ton of money, much less any at all. Help would be really appreciated, quickly preferably.

Why haven't you uninstalled them ?

try booting in safe mode. Then run over it with your antivirus, malwarebytes and whatever else it takes.

UPDATE: I have booted into safe mode and installed Malwarebytes, which a lot of people have recommended, and I am now running a scan. So far, it has detected about 18 items, 6 of them vosteran, 12 Super Optimizer. Still about 7% through. Anyway guys, thank you.
