ok so when the sale starts (we all know witch one :P )  how would i get a code i may want to give some away

Purchase it as a Gift; It'll appear in your steam inventory. You can then gift/trade that to anyone you like, or activate it for yourself later on.

yes but how would i get the phisical code to give away

Don't think that's possible through Steam. Only Giftable "codes". Same thing really, the recipient will need Steam to activate the code (assuming it were possible) or receive the gift either way.

I'm pretty sure with Steam there is an option to email the Game Key to your or someone else's email address.

Not sure if that's the key though. More like "Click here to redeem it".

choosing to email the game won't gift the code, it just gifts a redeem button like @rashdanml said

Wouldn't you want it to be gifts? Less chances for people that aren't members of getting it and not even saying thanks.
