Better Membrane Keyboards Out There

WR10

I'll go right into my question which is :

Are there any membrane keyboard which has a more tactile , or similar to blue keys feeling which cost less than mechanical keyboards ?

More tactile? No.

Similar... Haven't tried it personally yet but according to Linus the closest you could probably get while staying cheap would be the Thermaltake Knucker

This would also be awesome http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Keyboards/ROCCAT-Valo/

. I just wish that there is mechanical keyboard have these amount of macro keys.

I know right! Roccat is releasing this mechanical keyboard soon: http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Keyboards/ROCCAT-Ryos-MK/

Love the idea of having thumb buttons on a mechanical keyboard seeing as how my thumb does nothing but hit "jump" for most games.

Guys, I found 2 keyboards on sale at my region which I can afford .

1) CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid

2) CM storm Quick Fire Pro

Which is better ? Prices is just a few dollars difference , I do not care about the backlit or 10keypad , but I care about the build quality and overall on which is better .

They're probably about the same in terms of build quality.  Cooler Master makes good stuff.

The Rapid is tenkeyless, the Pro isn't.  The Pro has backlighting on the "gaming" sections of the keyboard (WASD area, arrow keys, and space bar) which I personally think looks stupid but you don't have to have the backlights on I suppose.

I'd personally go with the Pro; I'd rather have a numpad than not have a numpad.

Push your budget up by another 5 dollars and grab the Quickfire TK instead, best of both worlds & looks much better.

Edit: I find it highly amusing that people are recommending 100 dollar membranes to you when you could easily grab a mechanical at that price, despite your keyword of "cost less than mechanical keyboards". Lol.
