It's not 100%, it might be a GPU fault of some sort, but that's unlikely IMO. 

However, dead pixels look EXACTLY like that. (at least from my experience)

Well we don't really know, but fair enough! :)

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.

Set it back to 32-bit and its gone  ;)
