960 help!

Since I'm a bit of a noob at pcs, can anyone tell if the pentium G3258 bottleneck the GTX 960?

If you overclock the chip, then absolutely not! Even a moderate overclock. Nothing that requires an AiO.

What games will you be playing? Whats your total budget for the whole system? Location? Does that budget include os/monitor/peripherals?

Not true. Even when overclocked, the Pentium causes severe lag spikes in games.

In newer AAA titles, yes there will be a slight bottleneck, but it won't be huge. 

 

G3258 and 960 are not great choices. At this price point AMD has it good for both CPU and GPU. For the same money you can get an 860K + R9 280 which will be better.

Well according to the built rigs showcase it's obvious that there were plenty before. The fuck? Where did they all go??? Can't find it at CPL either
