If you overclock the chip, then absolutely not! Even a moderate overclock. Nothing that requires an AiO.

Not true. Even when overclocked, the Pentium causes severe lag spikes in games.

In newer AAA titles, yes there will be a slight bottleneck, but it won't be huge. 

 

G3258 and 960 are not great choices. At this price point AMD has it good for both CPU and GPU. For the same money you can get an 860K + R9 280 which will be better.

I live in Australia, and I can't find the 860k.
