So I had to get a new motherboard since my new one had a problem. Anyway here is what happened So far.

I have Asus x99 deluxe. 980 16gbs ddr 4

Now first the pc wouldn't start and I'm like are you serious? Again? But it seemed like my NEW psu was broken and I plugged in my old one(thank god I saved it) and it worked.

But my problem is it isn't detecting my hdd. Sometimes it detects my usb DVD drive some times not. I tried different sata and power cables

In the beginning it only detected my tb drive so I had to check the drives and then it detected nothing. I used my old laptop drive to boot up Windows 8 and installed the drivers and nothing.

It did detect my main drive once but it said it couldn't install because it was incompatible....
