Yep that's a good choice as long as you don't have very high restriction in your waterblocks it should be more than adequate, the only difference between high and low settings is only around a few degrees at times.

I always keep my D5 pump on 3. At most, 4. 1 should be fine as long as there isn't that much restriction. Probably 2 would be better.

We don't know, you need to stress test your loop with IBT AVX or similar and see which pump setting nets you the best result.

Yes,however I advocate running it at full speed and dialling it back if there a noise issue.

I set to the highest acceptable noise emission and leave it.
