I use a different wallpaper now, but everything else is pretty much the same(I have made some slight changes though, so I'll make an "updated" post):

I am using a Stock Jelly Bean Note 2(Verizon) and running Nova Launcher Prime with Holo Icons.

Nothing really that fancy just a basic home screen but I love it.Nvm apparently the file is too big it's just a stock home screen so whatever.
