My computer won't open anything besides iTunes, Google Chrome and Folders. When I try to open programs that I have downloaded it just keeps on loading and after about 5-10mins an error pops up saying "'Windows cannot find 'C:Users\MyName\Downloads\ProgramDownloaded\'. Make sure you've typed the name correctly, then try again.". This started happening recently and I cannot erase my SSD because the drive Windows is on is locked and because I have misplaced my Windows product key. I can't download programs that will find my product key because the same error pops up after 5-10mins of loading. I can't even open Task Manager. I've noticed this error when I tried to open Steam but it will just keep on loading and nothing pops up so I restarted my computer a couple of times and the same thing happens. Please help!

There are programs you can get that allow you to extract the product key.

The problem is that when I download a program it won't let me open it. The program keeps on loading and the same error pops up.

Do you have some sort of external drive you can use?

I have a backup 1TB HDD in my computer.

Try installing a program to that drive to see if you can open it.

It won't let me, I can't even open up system recovery.

Either your Windows installation is the issue or the SSD is the issue.
