Tripped up stairs with PC in hand. Need help.

Munken-

Alright so I was moving my PC and accidentally tripped going up the stairs. My PC never really fell that far, considering I was going up stairs, but I am sort of paranoid. I have been using the same PC that I tripped with for two weeks and really notice no problems. At first I thought it might be louder, that could be in my head or a real problem, not quite sure. No real damage I noticed after giving it a quick look, just bent my side panel screw and put a hole in a wall. Throughout the two weeks, it has all seemed to be pretty normal, no noticeable difference in gameplay or anything like that. Overall, I just want to know if I should be worried or not. Should I take it somewhere, should I trash a few parts and get new ones. Because this thing is like my baby, and I pretty upset I dropped it. Thanks.

IF it's been running for two eeks, it's prbably fine.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.
