Hey guy's i don't really find this a problem but i just bought a iiyama monitor with 1920 by 1080 resolution but im having a problem that i have to lower the resolution to fit the screen .so currently I've got it at 1650x1050 but i bought a 1920 monitor any help guy's im new to this stuff :)

If you have an AMD card go to CCC > Search bar > Underscan > You should get 1 result, click it > Set the slider all the way too the right

Check the screen's OSD if it sets to output 16:9 resolution ? Not really sure if this is the case though

okay so i think you're onto something ,i did find in the monitors menu about it resolution output being 1680x1050 however it was grayed out and i was unable to tamper with it :( thanks for the help though.

have you installed the drivers for your gpu or are you just using the stock windows ones??

I would try doing this ^^. It could be an underscan issue.
