LED Strip question!

First of all I'd like to "apologize" for that muslim joke.

Secondly I've got this question....

 

I have this "Deepcool RGB Color LED" strips. It's multicolor with a controller, 2 strips.

 

How strong is (usually) the glue on the back of the strips? Once installed, can't be removed anymore? Or can be removed but can't be reinstalled? How many times can I change positions?

I have one from amazon 1m long. The glue is rubbish for textured/brushed surface. It started falling after couple of days no matter if the power cable was or wasnt pulling it down. (Tried it on my IPS monitor)

On flat glossy even surface it should be fine for longer but eventually i expect it to fall as well.

I sticked it at the rear edge of my desk and used selatape to keep it in there for as long as i like.

Depends where do you stick it, mine works perfect on flat surface. If your table is textured you might run into problems not adhering properly.
