Just finished overclocking thanks to @mvitkun I was running at 4.2ghz before, now I'm at 4.5ghz :]  I will probably tweak a little bit later.

Just finished testing prime95 for about an hour 15 mins, just going to assume it's stable for now, had no issues so far. I'll test longer later tonight to make sure it's 100%.

 

Max temps were around 74-79 at 100% prime 95, I will post some gaming temps in a while, going to take a break lol, spent like 4-ish hours on the OC. (voltages were being dumb)

 

not bad for a beginner though XD

Finally, someone who pushes their $500 cpu, I haven't seen many people take their 3930k that far; awesome job.

 

I think after i get a custom loop I'm gonna try for 5 ghz lol

glad it worked out tell us if it's prime95 4+ hour stable after you stress test it tonight

lol the point of a K cpu is to overclock and push it to the limit.

What cooler are you using? My 3570K at 4.4 hits 85c on my hyper 212.
