Don't dip your pen in the company ink, but seriously how long has it been going on if you've already committed then i guess yo're a bit fucked but if the idea has just come up then meh just tell her why you don't think it's a good idea. 

lol. Since the beginning of this month. So not that long. I will continue because now I'm more interested in her. It could go either way.

You may want to talk to HR btw, companies usually want full disclosure.

HR said the rules only apply if your married. You can be in the same department but can't be under the same manager. She is in a different department.

lol. I don't think she is crazy. She is very family oriented and she is smart. I don't get any crazy vibes from her. I need to go on more dates before I know for sure.
