internet won't work

Works on phone, other computers, not working on my cord connected windows 10 PC.

BTW, it shows as connected in windows settings

any error on the connection network notification? drivers installed and upto date? computer has a valid IP address? tried renewing ips? WIN+R > "cmd" > "ipconfig /release" enter, "ipconfig /renew" enter.

Driver issues may be?

 

Uninstall the current driver, Restart the computer then install the driver which is downloaded from Manufacturers website.

 

See if that works.

if it works on other devices on the network then try to see if it's a dead port on your router do it with another cable you know that works if the port work chek the cable just plug a pc that you a sure has a working rj45 port on the cable insted of your pc you cant conect from if that work chek your drivers on your pc there could also be a problem with windows 10
