Logitech C525 compatible with Twitch?

I read somewhere that twitch only supports H.264 encoding which the C920 has but the C525 doesn't. I don't really see the need in a better webcam with how small I am so I just wanted something like this.

I think all that means is instead of the camera doing the compression your pc will be doing compression which is fine probably a negligible performance hit.
