Best Thermal Paste?

Pretty simple question here, what's the best thermal paste in terms of performance that is easy to remove and won't scratch up my CPU/Air cooler?

I heard diamond based pastes scratch up your cooler and cpu when removed though, have you had this problem?

I've never had that problem

I use some of Noctuas (can't remember the model number) and it works great, but as long as your're not buying $1 thermal paste it probably won't change temps

CLU isnt thermal paste however it is rated at 38.4W/m K. MX4 is rated at ~8W/m K.

There are exotic solutions such as the Coolaboratory liquid stuff.

For regular thermal paste, there isnt much difference but a top performer is the Gelid GC-Extreme. Nuff said.
