External HDD not accessible.

So in the past my external HDD worked just fine, but after trying to install windows on it (by converting it to gpt and cleaning it.) My computer detects it in device manager and diskpart in the cmd, but I cant access it. When I click on computer its not there. Its  a Samsung External 500GB HDD.

how about disk management?

 

MBR is the correct format to use

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
