Multiple Boot Partitions on a Flash Drive

EmeraldFlame

So around black friday I picked up a 64GB Sandisk Extreme USB flash drive (http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Extreme-Flash-Drive-SDCZ80-064G-G46/dp/B00DZPUOUI). I am also the IT guy for my entire extended family, and often pull in side jobs fixing up, or cleaning up PC's for some extra cash to help pay the bills, as I am sure many of you guys also do. Because of this, I would like to turn this flash drive into basically my All-In-One software tool that I need when I go to work on peoples computers, which means lots of different bootable tools, installations, diagnostics, etc.

Now I have found solutions like Yumi (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/) which get close to what I want to do, but have 1 big flaw that keeps me from using it. Yumi does almost everything I want, I can boot the Ultimate Boot CD alongside some offline Anti-Virus Scanners, and a handful of other tools. But it has one big downside, you can only have 1 windows installer active on the drive at a time. If you use the tool to put a second windows installer on the drive it just over-writes the first. I would really like to be able to have 7, 8, 8.1, and soon 10 installers on this all at once,

But it seems that because of the way USB drives are seen by windows as a 'removable' disk you can only have 1 active partition that windows actually recognizes on a USB drive. Anyone have any experience setting something like this up and know of anything I might be able to do to get multiple recognized partitions on a flash drive?
