you can't get an ATX mobo to fit in a MATX case ANY WAY, hope that concludes your question

 

EDIT: Flex ATX is a little bit bigger than Micro ATX, but still, don't, the space below will not be enough for a PSU and a GPU to live together

yeah it's an old school amd form factor,. you may need to modify the standoffs, but honestly it's from 2007.....

Get the Corsair 240 Air case, it's MATX with the dimension of 397x260x320
