I've been using 10 on a old lenovo ( designed for XP) AND IT RUNS WELL ON OLD SPECS so ya here is official Microsoft Windows 10 promo video, and you nead 7,8,8.1 and can only upgrade for 1 year after release

Windows 8 and 8.1 users also qualify.

Windows 10 love it. All I need to do is get my day 1 copies of XP and vista to do the comparisons (the OEM disc for win 7 doesn't have a single update on it) of just how bad they were at launch.
