(MOD)Can i watercool and/or aircool a cpu at the same time? Asus Poseidon cpu mod

Im making a Asus Poseidon pc mod and i need a way to have a cpu cooled by air by default but also a choice to put water in custom waterloop aswell.
If anyone got ideas of what i can do please do tell. 

The cpu heatsink or however i do it will have 2 200mm fans attached cooling a massive heatsink or something ill come up with later.... but thats the basics of the air cooling so i just need to come up with a way to have watercooling at the same time if possible

make a water block with copper on the top and bottom, then attach fittings, when not actively being used, fill the block with water and it'll transfer the heat to the air cooler.
