I would recommend the H50 quiet edition for such a low overclock, but I have 3 in my system (1 cpu, 2 gpu) so I'm biased. if price is no problem the H100i.

is the cooler master hyper 212 as good as they say it is at that price point? will the NZXT Kraken fit in a Corsair 760T?

I dont know much about the NZXT Kraken. But what I do know that I am in love my my Hyper 212 EVO. Idle temps are around 30-36c with ambient temps being around 27c. Load temps barely touch 50c, only going beyond if im doing something really CPU intensive. Don't judge it solely on its price, CoolerMaster has made something incredible here.

CPU: Intel i5 2500k @4.2Ghz Cooling: Be Quiet! Silent Loop 120mm MB: MSI Z77A-G45 GPU: Sapphire R9 280X Vapor-X OC RAM: 8Gb G.Skill Ripjaw @ 1600mhz

Storage 1:Samsung 840 120gb SSD Storage 2: Seagate Barracuda 2Tb HDD PSU:Corsair CX 750W  Case: Corsair Carbide 400R.

I would go for a Noctua NH-D15, or if you want a AIO liquid cooling solution, Coolermaster 240M Nepton would be great. But yes a 4.0 Ghz OC will be cooled by a CM Hyper 212 Evo.

I have actually been pretty impressed with my H80i but if you have the space for a 280mm radiator, the H100i can be had for almost the same price.

I have not had any of the Corsair Link problems and it stays connected no problem. It does sound like a jet engine taking off just after boot but once the user profile is loaded (within 3seconds) it quiets right down to almost inaudible.

Sometimes i troll...

The case i'm planning on getting is the corsair 760T so i'm pretty sure it can fit a h100i its a pretty decent sized case, noise doesn't really bother me as long as it keeps my cpu cool then i'm happy
