You can use pretty much every GPU for CS GO. I have a GTX 550 Ti and still get 80+ fps with everything maxed out.

If you're just playing CS:GO then an R7 260x or GTX 750 Ti will kill on that game for about $100-$115. Hell, the recommended GPU is only a GT 630, which can be found for $70 (but might as well get a nice card like a 750Ti or 260x for only a little more).

CSGO and multiplayer games generally aren't very demanding. I second that 750 Ti if CSGO is the most intensive game you'll want to play at max settings.
