Hello.

I have seen the new(ish) Alienware graphics amplifier as well as msi's version. Both for gaming laptops of coarse. I am very interested with this in regards to if Asus will release their own version.

Also what is your opinion of the graphics amplifier for laptops.

Get a desktop and a normal laptop or ultrabook.

I would love to have a desktop but I actually take my laptop with me to game on at different places very regularly.

So I take it that the graphics amplifiers are not well received so far.

I have also read that the card you choose to use in the amplifier does not perform the same as if we're on an actual motherboard. Thoughts and opinion on that?
