I have had my self built pc for about 3 months now and i have ran into quite an annoying issue. In multiple games, that normal stay at a very attractive frame rate, will just drop to 0 FPS for a second or so. For example Dragon Age Inquisition, normally at 60-80 fps does this, League of Legends, normally at 200-240 fps, and other games like that. my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tn4hdC

the gpu is a EVGA gtx 770 Superclocked

OPs got a Kepler card (a redone GTX 680)

OP is better rolling back since the latest drivers are acting up.

Have you tried Minecraft?

I am talking about Minecraft vanilla.

Since it's easy to run, it would be interesting if you get drops there like the other games.

Also check gpu usage or w/e it's called.

I am not sure why but it may be that it drops to 0 gpu usage or something weird when you have these drops.
