When the card is at idle, not doing anything that requires performance it lowers the clock speed. So it's normal

But that fast. I was getting the chills that every second from 150 to 1470...

Hmm, and you have nothing open? Well nothing that requires a lot of gpu performance

Well nvm. Is there a way I can pin my meory clock. Because with temps under 60 it sitll goes down to 150 and my fps DROPS

if it during games then it is problem and not normal.
