So...

 

"he dnt know what he is doing so yes he is best staying away from a quad core and yes all the quad cores with over heating problems have been in home built systems because people dnt know what there doing with them"

 

Apparently the guy that said that has a qualification with pc's and works on a computer shop... Some help, this is soooooooo bad

My 7 year old Core 2 QUAD is doing superb and does not overheat - IE, this guy has no fucking clue what he's talking about.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

I know right? because ICT gcse's definately talk about the computers themselves...

 

My quad core xeon doesnt overheat when stress testing...

you get what i mean? they lie about their intelligence i didn't mean that your qualifications predict your knowledge in a subject :S

Yes, i am doing ICT gcse and we never talked about the computer itself... like, i have done spreadsheets and databases for my first unit
