Need some suggestion guys!

So I have a laptop, i5 3230m year and half old, i was experiencing some overheating issues, m laptop reaches 90-95^C when playing Battlefield 3 and 82^C when i play one of my favourite games :)) Ghost Recon Phantoms, running stability test i have around 91-96^C, I was wondering if i could open and clean the wents up since its been a long tme, I have a good experience in cleaning laptops, like asus 550XL, and HP Pavilion G6es and a some other,

 

What do u guys think should i go for it and clean it cuz those temps are quite high!!!

Yeah give it a good clean, and maybe replace the thermal paste.
