I did a fresh install of windows 8 on a HP prebuilt that I upgraded but I'm having an issue where the disk usage is always at 100%. I disabled bits and windows update but that's not it.

what is the hard-drive? 
try to uninstall chrome if you have it

When I had this happen it turned out it was the wifi drivers acting up. Check for new ones. Also re-enable both of those services :P

@thekeemo, two things that you should try: disable Windows Defender real-time protection and Windows Search service. If you don't want to disable Search service, you can pause it on Indexing Options.

rim just selling it without windows I guess I'm too lazy because the install got corrupted
