I have an Asus gryphon z87 motherboard and am running a cheap gtx 650 as a graphics card. From top bottom my motherboards pci configuration is pci 3.0 x16, pcie, pci 3.0 x16, and finally the pci 2.0 slot that no one cares about. My pcie is being used by a WiFi card and my graphics card card is in the next pci port. I would like to get a beefier graphics card but I don't want it's fans to be blowing into the floor. Can I get WiFi any other way if my pcie slot will be covered? Preferably not USB and I have no m.2 or Mata. Thanks in advance!

Video card fans don't pull heat off the heat sink and blow it towards the bottom of the case. If it's an aftermarket design, the fans suck in air and blow it against the heat sink, forcing air in multiple directions. If it's a reference design, the blower fan pulls in air and blows it out the back for the most part.
