Intel Upgrade

Okay guys, so my current CPU (A10-7850K) is starting to bottleneck my R9 280. I figured it's time to upgrade to Intel. My previous plan was to make an entirely new build and use my current one as a media machine for my living room, however that's pointless as I'd be the only one to use it, and I'd rather just watch movies and stuff in my room on my 1080P monitor. So I'm going to be using everything from my current build, (In my signature) except my Cooler, CPU and mobo. (obviously) I'm going to get a 4690K, an MSI Gaming 5 board, and a Swiftech H240-X. Now I want to OC the 4690K as much I can, that's why I want a 240-X. (220-X, if it still isn't in stock) Is the Gaming 5 mobo a good over clocker? Any other recommendations for around $150 that's a red/black or black/grey color scheme? Brown PCB's will not be tolerated. Also I'd like to have the mobo be full ATX, not 12"X8.9" like some Gigabyte boards. (My current one included) I'm ordering around March, so I don't think Broadwell will be available by then. I'll have around $560, if I'm good and don't spend anything. Is there anything else you guys would like to add? Thanks for the input.
