With that out of the way, I've started to OC the CPU and have some worrying results.

I was able to undervolt to 0.925v at 3.8 GHz w/ little issue but once I started overclocking my temps went crazy. I set OCCT to fail at 80*C and am having issues getting to 4.5 GHz. I had a BSOD @ 1.150v & over 80*C @ 1.175, 1.165, & 1.155.

The strange thing is while my core temps are getting up there (60*C - 80*C depending) My CPUTIN temps have never gone above 43*C. Is this normal? I feel like with this disparity the cooling isn't working properly. I've tried google searches but they all seem to talk about higher CPUTIN temps and air cooling. My biggest fear is that this means my i5 is a de-lidding candidate and I really don't want to do that.

Any help would be appreciated. It seems like I've had issues every step of the way with this water cooling project and I really just want things to work. I plan to use this mostly for gaming [skyrim (HEAVILY modded), Civ 5, Payday 2, Star Citizen, DayZ], surfing, and media playback so crazy oc's are not my priority (for the CPU at least.)
