Computer won't boot at all.
if you have mentioned that motherboard get power than try this
1try front panel pins short out to power on if its not than
2try an other monitor for example tv if it still failed to power on
3 if you hapend to have multimeter and your psu 24pin cable is colored short green with closest black cable and check all of the pins have voltage. do it like that black testing lead to black and red to all possible pins of 24 pin and also cpu as well as molex if you have one its ok if some cables will show 0 but its necessary that psu would give 3.3v 5v and 12 v output but it also has to be powerful enough.
4 try using diffent power cable and other wall plug and repeat step 3 and finally
5 try leaving only necessary components in powered with other working psu
6 if it didnt help try swaping an other motherboard
7 if you found something that helped you resolve issue mark ansver as solved
