Cases with separate basement

I'm looking for a mid to full tower with a separate basement for watercooling. Now I know there's cases like the 900D but those are a bit too big for my uses. I also know caselabs have some smaller custom cases but it's a bit over my budget. Does anyone know any suitable cases that have a basement and is watercooling friendly?

That does not have a separate basement, it only has a PSU shroud
