Alternate Fan Controllers?

Try speedfan.

If it doesnt work, nothing will work.

you will need to use a hardware fan controller, not software if your motherboard doesnt support it.

 I love Speedfan and run it perssonally, if that doesn't work you'll need to look at a hardware fan controller, I recommend the NZXT Sentry 2
