Get an i5 if you want to go SLI/XFIRE

Under that budget, none. But try looking for the msi z97 sli plus. It drops to 80 bucks sometimes

No 1150 mobo under $100 supports SLI, but plenty support Crossfire

Yes but G3258 will not be able to handle two powerful GPUs. Get an i5 and weaker GPU instead

You'd be better off getting an i5 (an i3 if you can't afford an i5) + H81 board + GTX970/R9 290/R9 280x/R9 280.

An i3 at stock is better than a G3258 across the board; a cpu doesn't need to overclock in order to be good.

I3-4130 would be a good choice, however something like an i5-4440 would be well worth the extra $60~.

What is your budget and where is your location? Then we can use local prices to suggest what CPU, mobo and GPU to get.

Also R9 280 is cheaper then 760 and performs better

SLI with a G3258 is lunacy. $100+ Z97 motherboards with G3258's make no sense whatsoever unless you're only using the chip as a quick stopgap before getting an i5-4690k, i7-4790k, i5-5670k, or i7-5770k. G3258's can be overclocked on H81 and 85 boards.
