building a waterblock??

It would be pretty expensive from the copper aspect but if you know how to machine parts then go ahead.

Don't let people let you down my friend.Just go and make it..my suggestion is NOT to make it from aluminum because its a bit harder to work with than the copper and i've found great prices on copper bars all over the net.(if you are going to buy from the internet i suggest e-bay)OW and don't care too much about the perfection of the bottom just sand it as well as you can..if you have any problems you can contact me.. ;)
