so the asus am3+ boards have ai suit 3? i'm looking into software for board

AI Suite III is only found on Z87 or newer boards. You can unofficially get it to work though on older platforms.

I love it. lists all my temps and easy to update bios, yes supports all those chipsets

so even the new a88x boards wount have the new ai suite 3?

A88X is supported.
