General PC speakers

Hi guys, just looking for a cheap but decent set of speakers for the office I work in, there's 3 of us and we all sit relatively close to each other, the room is about 18 feet by 18 feet, we're not looking for something to completely blast out music with as the phone rings quite often and people come in every now and again, just something basic that isn't ridiculously bad. thanks guys
