Viewing angle. Not clear.

That is TN viewing angle and it's fairly low. Viewing angles define angles at which you can look at a monitor.

Well most TN monitors are rated with a viewing angle of exactly that, but usually it's at lease half that or a tad more, but yes, that's a good viewing angle. :)

Viewing angles only matter if you have more than one monitor IMO, or if it's mounted as a TV. If it's in front of you should be fine to move it so it's correctly positioned.

This. If you just sit in front of it and look at it head-on it's fine.
