You would need to read the EULA for each program to see if they can send diagnostics to Apple.  I really doubt Apple wastes their time finding every Hackintosh for.. what reason?  

 

I just found the original question amusing and thought of doing a smart ass reply, but I feel I can both make a serious one, and a bs one:
