Ramdisk?

Is using a free ramdisk program a good idea for gaming? I posted in a different are about a problem im having loading applications taking forever. Assuming i dont have a terminal hhd issue i was wondering if ramdisk would help load games. Biggest problem loading i have is LOL. Which is odd since i can load warthunder and other games like starcraft 2 and zero-k fast.... looking fir options till i get a ssd or hhd raid 10.

you would need alot of ram, just get an ssd.
