Off the top of my head it looks like an s-video, but I could be wrong.

That's what I thought at first, but S-Video has 4 pins and a locking plastic connector (I think it's a locking connector).

PS2? Flagship motherboards still have them (my mobo has one)

Yea, I'm pretty sure PS/2 and Din 5 are basically the same thing just different connectors. Most people end up adapting DIN to PS/2 and then PS/2 to USB lol

Well they have them now in PS2 combo ports, so it is pretty much unanimous when referring to modern motherboards

My dad has an old cheapo keyboard with a DIN-5 connector on it adapted to PS/2. Thankfully, my awesome old Dell keyboard doesn't need one. I get all the PS/2 bitches, and a USB mouse to go along with it.
